Our primary focus as a guild is Mythic+. However, we run raids to help members obtain tier pieces, trinkets, and important upgrades that benefit Mythic+ performance.
These raids are intended to be efficient and low pressure. The goal is to help guild members obtain the gear they need without turning the guild into a raid focused environment.

Tier sets and trinkets. That's it. We raid to gear up for Mythic+, not because raiding is the goal. We aim for AOTC early in the season, get what we need, and spend the rest of our time where we actually want to be — in dungeons.
We're not looking for dedicated raiders. If Mythic+ is your main content and you're okay doing the occasional raid night for gear, you'll fit right in. If you're only interested in raiding and not keys, this probably isn't the right home.
Raid nights move fast and comp needs shift. Being willing to swap specs when needed keeps things smooth for everyone. If you know your class well enough to flex, that's all we ask.
